Oscillation accuracy: ±1% over the operating temperature range of −40 °C to +105°C
Improved accuracy eliminates the need for an external oscillator, contributing to a reduced component count. - High Flash Endurance
Supports up to 100,000 flash rewrite cycles. - Three package options available, selectable according to mounting area and assembly conditions
