The hold time (tHD) is a delay time that is inserted until the output is enabled. This is to prevent a malfunction due to chatter caused by the application of input voltage. When a load switch IC detects a voltage higher than the UVLO threshold and lower than the OVLO threshold, the output is enabled after the predefined delay. This function makes it possible to set the output rise time independent of the input voltage.
