Automotive driver ICs

IPD (Intelligent Power Device), also called IPS (Intelligent Power Switch), is a power-IC product used for various automotive applications. In recent years, we have establishes a lineup of high-side switches, low-side switches, and MOSFET gate drivers that incorporate a number of protective and diagnostic functions used in body control and powertrain control, including ADAS, which is growing rapidly. The use of fine BiCD (bipolar CMOS・DMOS) processes enables low on-resistance and contributes to low power consumption and miniaturization of automotive ECUs.
