Equipped with programmable motor control circuitry and AD converters that support motor control, and the Advanced Vector Engine Plus, up to three motors can be controlled. It also has a CAN controller that can be connected to industrial networks.

    160-MHz operation CPU and 3 AD converters, 3 advanced programmable motor control circuits (A-PMD), and evolved vector engine "advanced vector engine plus (A-VE+)" for motor control are incorporated, enabling 3-motor control even in the 64-pin class.
  • Incorporating CAN controller suitable for industrial networks
    In addition to motor control, it makes it easy to support IoT.
  • Incorporating high-resolution advanced encoder (A-ENC32) suitable for AC servo motor
    The A-ENC32 circuit allows direct input of the signals of an incremental encoder and a hole sensor. Moreover, the accuracy of the position detection angle is improved by setting 32-bit width of encoder count values. Therefore, this circuit can control the servo motor control.
  • Built-in high-speed oscillator, equipped with oscillation accuracy +/-1% (operating temperature -40 to 105℃)
    By improving the oscillation accuracy, the number of parts can be reduced by eliminating the need for an external oscillator.
  • Both code flash and data flash are rewritable up to 100,000 times
    By high level resilience to repeated data write and erase, it is possible to eliminate the need for external memory.
  • A wide line-up of package variations 5 package line-up is provided, covering from small scale application (64-pin) to high-end application (100-pin).
