  • Low dropout voltage VDO = VIN - VOUT = 155 mV (3.3V Output product, typ.) @IOUT = 300 mA

Description

  • The TCR3UG series have compatibility with low consamption current (low quiscent current and low stand-by current) and fast load transient response, qnd these devices are ideal for battery drive IoT devices that require low power consumption.
  • This voltage regulators have 31 output voltage linups from 0.8 V to 5.0 V.
  • As small ceramic input and output capacitors can be used with the TCR3UG series.
