General Purpose Logic ICs

As more and more electronic equipment has been digitized and networked recently, the importance of standard logic ICs such as level shifters and bus switches, especially those with an enhanced interface, has increased. Toshiba has over 40 years of experience in General Purpose Logic ICs, and not only offers standard logic ICs in conventional packages but also meets new customer needs quickly.
Toshiba offers one-gate logic ICs, high-speed bus switches (for USB 3.0, PCI Express 3.0, etc.) and other devices housed in a ultra-small leaded package (1 × 1 mm fSV). This package is designed for mobile applications to help reduce their size and thickness and to realize low-voltage operation.

Lineup

CMOS Logic ICs
Toshiba supports a wide supply voltage range extending from the low-voltage and high-speed TC74VCX series to the high-voltage-logic TC4000 series. And we have a wide lineup ranging from small packages to standard packages.
One-Gate Logic ICs (L-MOS)
Toshiba was first in the world to release one-gate logic ICs. As a pioneer in the industry, we will expand the lineup of various products, such as small, thin and low-voltage-operation products.
Bus Switches
Toshiba supports 3-V and 5-V products with low on-resistance and also various power supply systems. Furthermore, low-capacity products for high-speed communication lines are available.
Dual-Supply Level Shifters
Ideal as an interface between systems using different supply voltages. Bidirectional signal-level conversion is possible in a wide supply voltage range.
Automotive Logic ICs
With various functions, an extensive product lineup (low-voltage operation, high-speed type), and small surface-mount packages, we offer products that meet diverse customer needs.
