Higher common-mode transient immunity (CMTI)

In order to ensure stable operation even when a large dV/dt is applied between the input and output of the photocoupler when the IPM is switched, the photo IC chip has a shield.
The highest class guarantees ±30 kV/μs (minimum) common mode transient immunity and is suitable for IPM control signal interfaces.
