This microcontroller is equipped with a Arm® Cortex®-M3 core. It has interface circuitry for a variety of connections and external bus extensions. Adapts to control of printers, AV equipment, industrial equipment, etc.

- External bus interface that can be connected to SoCs and external extended memory
- Multi-purpose timers capable of controlling various motors and IGBTs
- CEC interface and remote control signal preprocessor that remain active even in SLEEP mode
- Oscillation frequency detection (OFD)
