Gate Driver Photocouplers

This photocoupler is suitable for driving IGBT/MOSFET gates. The product lineup includes a wide range of products, including those with built-in overcurrent protection function and 6.0-A output current. Therefore, the most suitable products can be selected according to the gate capacity of the IGBT/MOSFET. The common mode transient immunity, which is 40 kV/μs in the highest class, can be used in industrial applications with severe noise environments, such as inverters and servos.
