Description	TMPM4K group (1) are microcontrollers which contain 128 KB to 256 KB of code Flash memory, 18 KB of RAM, and are deploying the package of 44 pins to 64 pins. These products have peripheral functions which are suitable for motor and inverter control as AD Converter (ADC), Motor control circuit (A-PMD), and Encoder input (A-ENC32). The CPU core has a maximum operating frequency of 120MHz, a maximum operating temperature of 105℃, and an oscillation accuracy of less than ±1% for the built-in oscillator. The TMPM4K Group (1) microcontroller can be widely used in home appliances and industrial equipment.
