Description TMPM4M group (1) are microcontrollers which contain 128KB to 256KB of code Flash memory, 32KB of data Flash memory and 24KB of RAM, and are deploying the package of 64 pins to 100 pins.
These products have peripheral functions which are suitable for motor and inverter control as AD Converter (ADC), Motor control circuit (A-PMD), Vector Engine (A-VE+), and Encoder input (A-ENC). And these products have CAN in addition to peripheral functions which are built in TMPM4K group (2).
These products have compatible function with existing products and attain low current consumption.
TMPM4M group (1) can be widely used for home appliances and industrial equipment.
