TMPM4K group (1) is microcontroller which contain 64 KB to 256 KB of code Flash memory and 18 KB of RAM, and are deploying the package of 32 pins to 64 pins. These products have peripheral functions which are suitable for motor control as AD Converter (ADC), Motor control circuit (A-PMD), Vector Engine (A-VE+), and Encoder input (A-ENC) . These microcontrollers can be widely used for home appliances and industrial equipment which requires motor control. |
