Contributing to lower power consumption and stabilization of primary power supply design

Our isolation amplifier improves the dependence of the primary-side current consumption on the input voltage by introducing our original digital modulation and demodulation technology, thereby contributing to lower power consumption and stabilization of the primary-side power supply design.

Improvement of input-voltage dependency of primary-side current consumption

Primary-Side Circuit Current vs. Input Voltage

The figures below show the input-voltage dependency of the primary-side circuit current of the TLP7820 and competitor's conventional products. The TLP7820 improves the input-voltage dependency of the primary current and reduces the maximum circuit current.

Primary power supply current when input voltage changes

The figures below show the sinusoidal wave input-voltage waveform of the TLP7820 and competitor's conventional products, and the fluctuation of the primary circuit current in conjunction with the sinusoidal wave input-voltage waveform.

By improving the input-voltage dependency, the TLP7820 maintains a constant circuit current even when the input voltage fluctuates, enabling more stable circuit operation.
