Does the eFuse IC (electronic fuse) have reverse current blocking (RCB) function?

Our eFuse IC lineup includes a version with reverse current protection.

As shown in Figure 1, the TCKE712BNL achieves reverse current protection using an internal MOSFET. As shown in Figure 2, the TCKE8 series can achieve reverse current protection with an external MOSFET. For example, if there is a possibility of reverse current from the output capacitor COUT to the eFuse IC, you can either select the TCKE8 series and connect an external N-channel MOSFET for reverse current protection or choose a product like the TCKE712BNL that has built-in reverse current protection.
