Isolated 4 channel logic supporting 150Mbps data rate

For use in industrial control applications like the isolation of bus lines between ICs using different power supply source in different potential, or the suppression of external noise via a data line, Toshiba standard digital isolators transmit at a data rate over 100Mbps higher than photocouplers can achieve. A total of 6 types of standard digital isolators are available through a combination of channel configuration, logic status, and enable control functionality. Toshiba offers high reliability and high isolation voltage using double insulation construction with a high Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) over 100kV/μs.
