Description

Description TMPM4K group (2) are microcontrollers which contain 128 KB to 1MB of code Flash memory, 32 KB of data Flash memory and 24 KB to 64KB of RAM, and are deploying the package of 64 pins to 100 pins.
These products have peripheral functions which are suitable for motor and inverter control as AD Converter (ADC), Motor control circuit (A-PMD), Vector Engine (A-VE+), and Encoder input (A-ENC32).
These products with 1MB of code Flash memory have two separate areas of 512KB each. This composition allows instructions to be read from one area, while the updated code is programmed into the other area in parallel. It supports firmware rotation using the memory swap function.
The CPU core has a maximum operating frequency of 160MHz, a maximum operating temperature of 105℃, and an oscillation accuracy of less than ±1% for the built-in oscillator.
The TMPM4K Group (2) microcontroller　can be widely used in home appliances and industrial equipment.
