TXZ+™ Family Advanced Class (40nm)

32-bit Arm Cortex M3 and M4 120-200MHz MCUs are highly energy efficient and most suitable for real time control applications. The TXZ3A+ series of MCUs cover broad range of general purpose applications while the TXZ4A+ series of MCUs are designed specifically for motors control such as Field Oriented Control (FOC) with multiple brushless motors and connectivity with rich interfaces, mixed signal components, and peripherals. These MCUs offer a wide range of memory 128K-2MB Flash, 24K-258KB RAM, 12-24Ch 1-3units 12-bit of ADCs, 31-155 IOs, and many peripheral options.

Introducing 5 groups of new microcontrollers of TXZ+™ family advanced class that realize low power consumption, support system cost reduction, and advanced motor control.

TXZ3A+ M3H – a popular general purpose MCUs with 12-21 ADCs, 2 DACs, comparator, 57-135 IOs, LCD driver and wide range of peripherals.

TXZ+ M4G and M4N groups – Connectivity with variety of digital Interfaces. 16-24 ADCs, 2 DACs, 86-155 IOs, and wide range of peripherals. M4N group has additional USB OTG, EtherMAC, and CAN interfaces.

TXZ+ M4K and M4M groups – 4th GEN VE Advanced Vector Engine Plus and 1-3 Advanced Programmable Motor Drivers control 1-3 Brushless Motors simultaneously. 1-3 Advanced Encoder Inputs can be used for optionally for precision position applications. 8-32Ch 3units of 12-bit ADCs, 31-131 IOs, and wide range of peripherals. M4M group has additional CAN bus interface.

Arm Cortex M3 and M4 32-bit 40-120MHz MCUs that are designed for general purpose, sensor hub, and advanced motor control applications with high-precision analog circuitry with low-power-consumption digital blocks. These MCUs offer 32K-2MB Flash, 8K-256KB RAM, 4-21 ADCs, 24-134 IOs, 1-2 DACs, and many peripheral options.

Evaluation Boards

When considering using our MCUs, you can easily begin software development by using a starter kit sold by a development environment vendor or an evaluation kit vendor.
Evaluation kits come in a variety of forms, from those that include an integrated development environment and emulator to those that implement the CMSIS-DAP compliant on-board emulator standard.
