The TMPM4V Group is a standard microcontroller for system control applications, featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with an FPU and operating at up to 80 MHz. It integrates 128 KB of code flash memory, 64 KB of data flash memory, and 32 KB of RAM. The product lineup includes four package options ranging from 44 to 64 pins. For enhanced security, the TMPM4V Group incorporates Chip Protection (CPRO), Secure Access Memory (SAM), and Non-Releasable Flash Protection (NRFP). These features provide a layered security architecture that combines external access control, memory protection, and execution control, helping improve overall system security against unauthorized access and program tampering. The devices also integrate a wide range of peripherals required for system control, including a 12-bit ADC, timers, UART, SPI, I2C, and DMA. In addition, a Serial Memory Interface (SMIF) enables direct access to external serial flash memory mapped into the address space. Supporting an operating voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, the TMPM4V Group also features a built-in high-speed oscillator with ±1% accuracy. This eliminates the need for an external oscillator and helps reduce the overall component count.
