10kW 3-Phase AC 400V Input PFC Converter

This design is capable of supplying 10kW of power with a DC output of 750V. 3-phase AC input (312V to 528V) and employs a 3-phase totem-pole configuration using 1200V SiC MOSFETs outputs 750V DC.
It is suitable for applications such as EV charging stations and various industrial equipment that use 3-phase AC power input.
