TMPM471F10FG is microcontroller which contains 1MB of code Flash memory and 64KB of RAM, and is deploying the package of 100 pins. This product has peripheral functions which are suitable for motor and inverter control as AD Converter (ADC), Motor control circuit (A-PMD), and Encoder input (A-ENC32). This product has two separate areas of 512KB each. This composition allows instructions to be read from one area, while the updated code is programmed into the other area in parallel. It supports firmware rotation using the memory swap function. The CPU core has a maximum operating frequency of 160MHz, a maximum operating temperature of 85℃, and an oscillation accuracy of less than ±1% for the built-in oscillator. The TMPM471F10FG can be widely used in home appliances and industrial equipment. |
