    4. Distingishes differences in pin assignments among 5-pin single-output LDO regulators with a blank or the letter B or C.
      (The TCR6DAxxxx in an SM6 package and the TCR6DAxxxxU in a UF6 package, which are both dual-output LDO regulators, have different pin assignments.)
    5. Output voltage
      • Single-output LDO regulators: 18 = 1.8-V output, 285 = 2.85-V output
      • Dual-output LDO regulators: 1525 = 1.5- and2.5-V outputs

      • D: Auto-discharge and internally pull-down at the CONTROL pin

      When there is "H" or "D" to section 4, the number here is a serial number.
