A transistor array is a product in which multiple drive circuits using high-voltage/high-current transistors and DMOS FETs are arrayed in one IC package.
Our latest transistor array uses DMOS FET for the output of drive circuit and realizes low loss by ON resistance, and CMOS input can control directly from MCU's GPIO etc.
Output types include sink type (low side switch) and source type (high side switch).
We also have a lineup of products that incorporate an output clamp diode that regenerates the back electromotive force generated by switching of an inductive load into the load power supply.
Larger currents can also be driven by connecting multiple outputs in parallel.
