I didn’t receive the registration or notification email.

If you do not receive a registration confirmation or verification email, please check the following:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder.
• Confirm that you did not register using a different email address
  (for example, a company email address or a personal email address).
• If you use email filtering or domain restrictions, please ensure that emails from
  @ml.toshiba.co.jp are allowed.
• Verify that the email address entered during registration is correct.
