Short-circuit current reduction

Short-circuit current is reduced by lowering collector-emitter saturation current. Short-circuit current is reduced in voltage resonant circuits of IH application.

Saturation current is low.

Graph

The collector-emitter saturation current of the new product is about 40% lower than that of current products.
