Next, this slide shows a circuit in which Thermoflagger™ is used in conjunction with Toshiba’s discrete devices and ICs to provide failsafe protection.
This circuit is a total protection solution for the power supply line. Specifically, a Zener diode provides overvoltage protection; an eFuse IC provides overcurrent and short-circuit protection; and Thermoflagger™ provides overtemperature protection.
