Select products with short inverse recovery time trr, low peak reverse recovery current Irr, and low forward voltage VF.
Due to the circuit operation of the bridging circuit, there is a mode in which Q2 is turned on while a return current is flowing to Q1 diode. (Fig. 1-①).
At this time, Q1 diode enters the reverse-recovery operation, but during this time, Q1 and Q2 are short-circuited (Fig. 1-②), causing a large drop (Fig. 1).
The reverse recovery time of body diodes tends to be longer for high-voltage products than for low-voltage products, but we offer a lineup of high-speed diodes with a shorter reverse recovery time for high-voltage products.
Please select the product group with the suffix "5" (e.g. TK16A60W5).
Please confirm the product lineup.
