Intelligent Power ICs

Toshiba's extensive lineup of intelligent power ICs ranges from 40V and 60V low-voltage power ICs to 250V and 600V high-voltage power ICs.
The low-voltage power ICs have protection functions for overcurrent, thermal shutdown, etc., and diagnostic output. They are mainly used in automotive and amusement applications.
The high-voltage power ICs also have protection functions for overcurrent, thermal shutdown, etc. They are applied in brushless DC motors of home appliances.

Toshiba offers squarewave- and sinewave-control product lineups, covering 250V to 600V rated voltage and 0.7A to 5A rated current, that are suitable for home-appliance motors and industrial motors.
Automotive Driver ICs
Toshiba has high/low side switch , gate driver and etc. which contained the protection functions and the diagnostic function for automotive application.
Industrial Driver ICs
Toshiba offers high-/low-side switches, gate drivers, etc. that include the protection and diagnostic functions necessary for amusement or industrial motor applications.
