Description

Description The TMPM 4L group (1) is a microcontroller that embedded 128 KB of Flash memory and 6 KB of RAM. And develops 44 Pin and 48 Pin packages.
Peripheral functions suitable for motor control, such as vector engine (A-VE), motor control circuit (PMD +), AD converter (ADC), encoder input (A-ENC32) are embedded. And abnormality detection support function for memory, clock, ADC are embedded. It also realized operation with 5 V single power supply.
It can be widely used for home appliances and industrial equipment that require motor control.
