- 512 to 2048KB code flash and 32KB data flash with 100k write cycles endurance
- 194 to 256KB SRAM
- Various built-in interfaces and communication channels suitable for high-speed data processing required for AV equipment and MFPs, and big data usage applications.
- Serial memory interface (supports Quad/Octal SPI), audio interface (I2S) and external bus interface
- Programmable Motor Driver (PMD) for optionally controlling brushed or brushless motor
- High throughput communication with multiple DMA controllers and unique bus matrix
- 2 Digital-to-analog converter
- Incorporating additional Remote control (RMC), Consumer Electronics Control (CEC)
- Built-in high-speed oscillator, equipped with oscillation accuracy +/-1% (operating temperature -40 to 85℃)
Improving the oscillation accuracy, the number of parts can be reduced by eliminating the need for an external oscillator. - Both code flash and data flash are rewritable up to 100,000 times
By high level resilience to repeated data write and erase, it is possible to eliminate the need for external memory.
