The TXZ+™ Family Entry-Class M4L Group microcontrollers are ideal for single-motor control applications in consumer and industrial equipment. Featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with FPU, they operate at up to 80MHz. Equipped with security functions, functional safety features, and FOTA capability, these microcontrollers support motor control applications in next-generation home appliances and industrial devices.

    Operating temperature: -40°C to 105°C
    Includes functional safety support circuitry
  • High-efficiency, high-precision single-motor control
    Equipped with an 80MHz CPU and advanced motor-control peripherals, including Advanced Vector Engine 2 (A-VE2), Advanced Programmable Motor Control Circuit 2 (A-PMD2), and Advanced Encoder Input Circuit 2 (A-ENC2) 
  • Security functions help protect systems against unauthorized access and program tampering
  • Built-in High-Speed Oscillator
    Accuracy: ±1% over the operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C
    Eliminates the need for an external oscillator, reducing component count
  • Flash memory endurance
    Supports up to 100,000 rewrite cycles
  • Four package options selectable according to mounting area and application requirements
