Evaluation board for motor pre-driver IC and external FET drive board

This reference design provides circuit diagram, BOM and PCB data (Gerber data) of the evaluation board for 3 phase brushless DC motor pre-driver IC (TC78B009FTG/TC78B027FTG) and connectable external FET drive board.

特性

  • The kind of MOSFET which can be mounted on the top side and the bottom side of the PCB is different, and it corresponds to two kinds of MOSFET packages (Top: TSON Advance, Bottom: UDFN6B).　
    (TSON Advance: TPN11003NL/TPN8R903NL etc., UDFN6B: SSM6K513NU/SSM6K504NU etc.)
  • Only by mounting 6 MOSFETs and right angle connector on the PCB, it is possible to connect to the evaluation board of TC78B009FTG/TC78B027FTG.

  • FET drive board consists of PCB, 6 MOSFETs and right angle connector (board to board connector).
