What is the definition of Power dissipation?

Power dissipation is the maximum rated power consumption when the reference temperature is Ta = 25°C and the maximum rated junction temperature (Tj) is 150°C. Therefore, if the temperature of Ta rises, this value will change, so a derating calculation is required.
