Bus switch supporting high-speed digital signals of PCIe® Gen 5.0 and USB4®

The new products TDS4A212MX and TDS4B212MX use Toshiba's proprietary SOI process (TarfSOI™) to achieve the extremely high Bandwidth (27.5GHz (typ.)[1] @ -3dB). This allows the new products to be used as a Mux/De-Mux switch for high-speed differential signal interface[2] such as PCIe® 5.0, USB4® Ver.2 and USB4®.
TDS4B212MX and TDS4A212MX have different pin assignment. The pin assignment of TDS4B212MX is optimized for high-frequency characteristics. That of TDS4A212MX is having the board layout taken into our consideration.

Toshiba's latest high-speed bus switch has a wide frequency characteristic (-3dB bandwidth) of 27.5GHz.
High-quality design is facilitated by low signal attenuation when used in high-speed interfaces (See figure below).
