Lineup

Photocouplers

Gate Driver Photocouplers
These photocouplers are suitable for driving IGBT/MOSFET gates. The lineup includes a wide range of products, including those with a built-in overcurrent protection function and 6.0-A output current.
Photocouplers for High Speed Communication
Toshiba offers photocouplers compliant with a wide range of communication standards such as low- to medium-speed RS-232 and high-speed RS-485 as well as factory networks.
Isolation Amplifiers & Isolated Delta - Sigma Modulators
Our isolation amplifier is an optically coupled device with a high-precision ΔΣAD converter on the input side. It is particularly suitable for realizing current sensor and voltage sensor.
Automotive Photocouplers
Automotive photocoupler supports IATF16949. The product lineup includes various output type products. These products are checked for reliability based on AEC-Q101.
Photocouplers for IPM Interface
This photocoupler, supporting power supply voltages of 5 V and 15 V, is best suited to serve as an insulated interface for IPMs (Intelligent Power Modules).
Transistor Output Photocouplers
Transistor-output photocouplers are used for a wide range of applications such as feedback circuits in power supplies and interfaces in industrial equipment.
Photovoltaic Output Photocouplers (for MOSFET Drive)
In a photovoltaic-output photocoupler, the light emitted by an LED is received by a photodiode array (PDA), which converts it into an output voltage.

Digital Isolators

Standard Digital Isolators
Toshiba Standard Digital Isolator features excellent noise resistance characteristics and high-speed signal transmission. It adopts a wide range of applications, from consumers to industrials where severe design is required.

Solid State Relays

Photorelays (MOSFET Output)
Photorelays are semiconductor relays consisting of an LED optically coupled to a MOSFET that are used mainly as replacements for signal relays. Having no movable contacts, photorelays are known to have better long-term reliability than mechanical relays.
Automotive Photorelays (MOSFET Output)
Automotive photorelay supports IATF16949. Non-contact relays contribute to power saving and long life. The combination of photovoltaic coupler and MOSFET can be used to realize contactless relay.
Triac Output Photocouplers / Thyristor Output Photocouplers
Triac-output photocouplers are suitable for controlling AC loads. Thyristor-output photocouplers are used to control AC loads that are directly connected to a 100-Vac or 200-Vac commercial power supplies or to protect power supplies etc.
Photovoltaic Output Photocouplers (for MOSFET Drive)
In a photovoltaic-output photocoupler, the light emitted by an LED is received by a photodiode array (PDA), which converts it into an output voltage.

Fiber Optic Transmitting Modules

Fiber Couplers (TOSLINK™)
A fiber coupler (TOSLINK™) is an optical transmission device that converts a digital electric signal into an optical signal to transmit data.
