無線電動工具逆變器

三相無刷直流馬達驅動電路結合了六個MOSFET（TPH1R204PB、TPH2R408QM）和一個閘極驅動器（TB67Z833SFTG），實現了緊湊而高效的馬達控制。它支援各種輸入模式。此參考設計提供設計指南、數據和其他內容。
