What is the symbol at the end of the product name?

The alphabets at the end of the product name indicate the information of the IC package. The additional code given in parentheses is our factory control code that is not shown in the data sheet. There is no difference in the data sheet regardless of the presence or absence of additional codes.

  • Product information
    TCBxxx or TB29xx: Power amplifier IC/Power supply IC for audio use
  • Product revision information and package information
    A-C: Indicates as a revised product.
    H: Indicates as a HZIP package product.
    FN: Indicates as a SOP package product.
    Q: Indicates as a compliant product with the European RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU)(lead-free for external lead parts).
    G: Indicates as a compliant product with the European RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU).
  • Additional code
    Z: Indicates that a front-end process factory is Iwate operation of Japan Semiconductor Corporation.
    O: Indicates that a front-end process factory is Oita operation of Japan Semiconductor Corporation.
    CA: Indicates that a product is entrusted the copper plate fabrication for chips to the Iwate plant of Japan Semiconductor Corporation.
    EL, EB: Indicates a emboss-tape packing.
