How can I calculate the operating supply current and power dissipation?

The equations for calculating the operating supply current and power dissipation are shown below:

Operating supply current:

ICC(op)=fIN・CPD・VCC+∑fOUT・CL・VCC+ICC

Power dissipation:

PD=ICC(op)・VCC

If an output drives current, add PD as shown below:

PD=(Vcc-VOH)・IOH+VOL・IOL
